个人简介


孙立忠,男,1971年1月出生,教授,博士生导师。2005年于中国科学院上海技术物理所获理学博士学位。2005年获得中国科学院院长优秀奖。近年来主要从事红外光电子材料,稀磁半导体材料及铁电材料的第一性原理研究工作。2006年破格晋升副教授、硕士生导师。2009年破格晋升教授。2010年晋升博士生导师。
