龚跃球，男，1974年生，博士。2006年博士毕业于武汉理工大学材料科学与工程专业。博士期间研究特种陶瓷和硫系玻璃的非线性光学性能。2006年6月来湘潭大学工作，从事无铅铁电薄膜存储器和压电陶瓷的储能应用等方面的研究。
