个人简介


龚跃球,男,1974年生,博士。2006年博士毕业于武汉理工大学材料科学与工程专业。博士期间研究特种陶瓷和硫系玻璃的非线性光学性能。2006年6月来湘潭大学工作,从事无铅铁电薄膜存储器和压电陶瓷的储能应用等方面的研究。

研究方向


1 无铅弛豫铁电薄膜的光电性能研究。
2 无铅压电陶瓷的制备及其相关性能研究。
3 二维过渡金属硫化物在微电子和新能源行业中的应用。
4 铁电薄膜和压电陶瓷的储能应用研究。


附注:2020年拟招收愿意从事铁电薄膜和压电陶瓷的储能应用方面的研究生一名。
