柳娴，博士，讲师。于2013年获湖南大学环境工程工学博士学位，主要从事水污染控制工程、水处理技术与工艺等方面的研究工作。在国内外专业期刊上发表科研论文18篇，其中8篇论文被SCI检索，3篇论文被EI检索。主持完成湖南工业大学科学研究项目1项，参与完成国家自然科学基金课题1项，国家环保部中韩环境共同技术研究项目1项、湖南省科技计划重点项目1项、中日韩国际科技合作专项项目1项、中德国际科技合作专项项目1项。2007年参与设计并负责撰写湖南省花垣县城市生活污水处理工程可行性研究报告。2008年参加科技部组织的中国访日青年科技代表团。主讲本科生课程《水质分析化学》、《工业废水处理工程》、《给排水工程专业英语》等；主讲研究生主要课程《高等水化学》、《环境毒理学》、《水处理实验新技术》。
