宾佳，男，1988年6月生，博士，讲师。2016年6月于中国地震局工程力学研究所获博士学位，主要从事地下结构、岩土工程、地震工程方面的教学与研究工作，主要研究领域为地下结构抗震设计基本理论及设计方法，地下结构大型振动台实验、离心机振动台实验及大型拟静力实验技术及实验监测新方法，工程波动数值模拟及人工边界，土动力学基本特性实验及理论。参与完成国家自科基金2项，中央级公益性研究所基本科研业务费专项2项，发表科研论文8篇，其中第一作者5篇。
