基本资料：蔡艳萍，女，经济学硕士、管理科学与工程博士
湖南大学工商管理学院投资理财系副教授，硕士研究生导师，工商管理硕士（MBA）财务会计课专任教师。长期从事金融风险管理与投资理财的教学与研究工作 ，近年来主研和参研相关的国家自然科学基金课题和国家社会科学基金课题3项，部省级科研课题5项，在重要的学术期刊上发表学术论文20多篇，出版教材5本，其中主编教材1本，获得湖南省社科联优秀社科成果和湖南大学优秀教改成果等奖项。
目前主要学术兼职：湖南省管理科学学会理事，湖南省技术经济与管理现代化研究会理事。
企业合作：担任了LG曙光电子有限公司、湖南—博世汽车公司、长沙市一中国际部等10多家企业和学校金融和财务会计等方面的咨询专家和高级顾问 。
招收学生的基本要求：对金融工程与风险管理、资本运作等方面感兴趣，独立思考，有社会责任感和事业心，勇于实践。

摘要：几何布朗运动常用来描述风险资产价格的变动,其中回报率的估计是一个困难的问题.本文给出了回报率的Kalman滤波,对滤波估计与极大似然估计进行了比较分析,运用Monte Carlo技术给出了算例,结果表明Kalman滤波具有明显的优势.
Abstract:It is common to take geometric Brownian motion as a model for assetprices but it is difficult to get a good estimation to the drift coefficient.Utilizingstatistical filter techniques,this paper provides the Kalman filter estimation for thedrift coefficient.The comparison between the Kalman filter and the maximumlikelihood approach is presented.We also show an example by Monte Carlosimulation.The results explain that the Kalman filter appears much superior to themaximum likelihood estimation.
[2]蔡艳萍，何珊. 基于EaR的上市商业银行财务风险评价研究. 湖南大学学报, 2016,7月见刊摘要：商业银行在我国经济发展和转型中起着重要作用，近年来随着经济增速放缓、利率市场化和同业竞争加剧的影响，商业银行面临的财务风险也不断加大。为了科学合理地评价商业银行的财务风险，本文从在险价值（VaR）的概念出发引入了在险值的财务风险评价方法对上市商业银行的在险盈余进行测度，实证结果表明目前商业银行总体具有良好的盈利水平，随后对商业银行现金流进行分析发现部分商业银行存在现金流风险。
Abstract: In order to scientifically and reasonably evaluate financial risks in commercial banks, based on the concept of value at risk (VaR), this article introduces VaR financial risk evaluation method in the evaluation of listed commercial banks' earnings at risk and cash flow at risk. The empirical results show that currently commercial banks have good profitability overall, but some commercial bank have cash flow risks.

摘要：利率市场化是金融变革的核心，商业银行在利率市场化过程中面临着各种挑战。本文选取上市商业银行2011-2013年的14个财务指标，首先运用因子分析法提取主因子，其次将提取的主因子进行聚类分析，改变传统的二分类，将财务风险划分为四类，最后通过寻找各类银行财务风险之间具有显著性差异的指标，并对这些指标提取主因子，采用多分类Logistic 回归法构建一个上市商业银行财务风险评测模型，以期能有效地识别风险，实证结果表明，模型预测能力较好。
Abstract: The interest rate marketization is the core of financial innovation, commercial Banks faced with various challenges in the process of marketization of interest rate. This article selects 14 financial indicators of the listed commercial Banks from 2011 to 2013. First of all,We use factor analysis method to extract the main factors , and then classify the extracted main factors by clustering analysis, the financial risk is devided into four categories instead of the traditional binary classification, finally look for indicators that have significant differences among all kinds of financial risks and extract the main factors of these indicators. Multiple classification Logistic regression method is used to construct a listed commercial bank financial risk evaluation model in order to identify risks effectively. The empirical results show that the model prediction ability is good.

摘要：中小企业在我国经济的发展和转型中起着重要的作用,我国目前正大力发展中小企业。经济增加值是企业绩效评价发展的新趋势,本文基于经济增加值构建了中小企业的绩效评价指标体系,以2011年我国中小企业的491家上市公司数据为样本,采用因子分析法对中小企业经营业绩进行评价,得出我国中小企业各行业发展绩效水平的综合得分,对我国中小企业的发展和转型提供了实证参考并提出了建议。
Abstract:：SMEs play a focused role in China's economic development and transition in China is currently developing SMEs. Economic Value Added is a new trend in the development of performance evaluation, Based on Economic Value Added constructed performance evaluation system for SMEs to 491 listed companies in 2011, SMEs in China as samples, using factor analysis of small and medium business performance evaluation, the development of various sectors of SMEs obtain performance level composite score on the development and transformation of SMEs provides empirical reference and made recommendations.

摘要：无论是成熟的资本市场还是新兴的资本市场,IPO首日超额收益现象普遍存在。界定IPO首日超额收益的原因为一级市场的发行折价和二级市场的交易溢价,并运用多元线性回归模型进行实证研究。研究结果表明:二级市场投资者非理性和投机泡沫是解释我国创业板IPO首日超额收益的主要原因。
Abstract:Regardless of being the mature capital market or the emerging capital market,abnormal initial return of IPO is very commom.Defining the AIR phenomenon due to the underpricing on primary market and evaluating on secondary market，and construct a linear regression model on empirical analysis to explore the factors that induce the AIR.The empirical result thought that the main reasons of AIR on GEM are irrational investing behavior and speculative bubbles on secondary market.

?摘要：信息环境是影响公允价值相关性的一个重要因素.以相对信息效率测量上市公司的信息环境,采用Ohlson模型对公允价值信息价值相关性进行研究,结果表明:当相对信息效率较高时,公允价值对股票价格没有增量影响;当相对信息效率较低时,公允价值对股票价格具有增量的影响作用;而当相对信息效率低于一定程度时,公允价值就不再对股票价格具有增量影响。
Abstract: The information environment is an important factor in the fair value of the correlation of the relative information to measure the efficiency of the listed company's information environment, using Ohlson model of fair value information value relevance study results showed: when the information is relatively high efficiency, fair value does not affect the stock price increases; when the relatively low efficiency of information, the fair value of the stock price has an impact on the role of increment; and when the information relative efficiency is lower than a certain level, it is no longer the fair value of stock prices incremental impact.

Abstract:The essential reason of abnormal fluctuations in China's market lies in the system control flaw. At the critical phase of the present increasingly deepen reform of the structure of split shares, we must pay special attention to reduce system risk. 摘要： 我国城市商业银行是在合并城市信用社的基础上,由地方财政、企业、居民投资入股并共同发起设立的地方性股份制商业银行。由于成立时间短,底子薄,普遍存在规模小、网点少、业务单一、赢利能力低的问题。面对加入世界贸易组织后的金融挑战,城市商业银行只有按照市场化规则,积极完善法人治理结构,健全运作体系,才能走出一条有自身特色的现代化金融企业之路,实现可持续发展目标。

摘要：针对当代黄金市场具有金融与贸易的双重特性 ,运用金融与贸易市场理论 ,分析了开放我国黄金市场的必要性 ,说明了开放黄金市场有利于稳定物价 ,完善我国金融市场、保持中国最适度黄金储备量 ,并且有利于黄金的生产和管理。同时分析了我国目前已具备开放黄金市场的条件。最后对开放我国黄金市场提出了若干具有可操作性的建议。
