伍丹:男,汉族,中共党员,博士。2020年7月毕业于湖南大学物理与微电子科学学院凝聚态物理学专业,获理学博士学位;现工作于长沙理工大学物理与电子科学学院。
主要研究方向:(1)低维纳米材料中电、热输运以及能量转换;(2)低维纳米尺度材料器件设计与模拟;(3)探索纳米尺度材料中多物理场耦合过程(电子-声子;声子-声子等)。
承担课题:
1. 湖南省教育厅一般项目(20C0039),主持;
2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,热驱动压电纳米器件热电转换机理与性能调(**),2020/01-2023/12,参与。
