主要研究方向:(1)光与原子相互作用的研究;(2)冷原子和光子系统的量子信息过程及其物理基础的研究。
先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、湖南省教育厅项目2项、教育部重点实验室开放课题1项、中国博士后科学基金项目1项。在Physical Review A, Journal of Physics B, Optics Communications等国内外专业学术刊物上发表研究论文20余篇,其中被SCI检索20篇。
