王元清，中南林业科技大学生命科学与技术学院，博士，副教授，全国执业药师；湖南省药学会中药天然药物专业委员会委员；多次被评为校优秀教师、优秀党员、先进个人；指导学生在第四届与第五届全国植物生产类大学生实践创新论坛中获得三等奖、第三届全国大学生生命科学创新创业大赛三等奖。
2005年毕业于湖南中医药大学，获得中药学硕士学位，2013年获得医学博士学位。
工作以来，承担本科生与研究生的药学课程的理论与实践教学；主要从事生物药物的教学与科研工作，研究方向为药用植物化学成分分析与活性鉴定。近年来，主持湖南省自然科学基金项目1项，湖南省教育厅科研项目2项，长沙市科技局项目1项，校人才引进项目1项，指导国家级大学生研究性学习与创新性实验计划项目2项，指导省级与校级大学生研究性学习与创新性实验计划项目各1项，参与省部级与厅级科研项目多项；国内外刊物上发表学术论文30篇；获得国家发明专利2项；参编著作1部。
