夏庆林,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。湖南师范大学物理系物理教育专业本科、凝聚态物理专业硕士(2000年6月),中南大学粉末冶金国家重点实验室工学博士(2011年6月)。美国加州大学Berkeley分校材料科学与工程系访问学者(2014.9-2015.9)。2000年6月至今,在中南大学物理与电子学院(前身应用物理与热能工程系)应用物理系工作。
教学:主讲工科类本科生《大学物理》、医学类本科生《医用物理学》课程,物理类本科生《普通物理》、《原子物理》、《热力学统计物理》、《固体物理》课程和物理类研究生《磁学理论》、《量子统计》、《纳米物理》、《现代分析与测试技术》等课程。
科研:目前主要从事功能材料(磁性材料、半导体材料)和新型二维材料(MoS2、WS2、黑磷/磷烯)的实验(制备、表征、性能测试)和理论(第一性原理计算)研究。在Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Appl. Phys., Mater. Lett., Solid State Commun., Supercon. Sci. Tech., Thin Solid Films, Chin. Phys. B, Trans. Nonferrous Met. Soc. China 等国内外学术期刊上发表论文40余篇,其中30多篇被ESI、SCI、EI收录。
奖励:耐高温超低温新型磁性材料的研制,国防科工委,国防科学技术进步奖三等奖,(2007GFJBJ-3401-5)
