朱政宇,男,1988年生,中共党员,讲师,硕士生导师,中原****,河南省高层次人才B类。2017年毕业于郑州大学,获郑州大学通信与信息系统专业工学博士学位,博士论文曾获河南省优秀博士学位论文。2013 年10月至2015年10月受国家留学基金委(CSC)资助,在韩国高丽大学(Korea University)作为国家公派联合培养博士生,师从Inkyu Lee教授(IEEEFellow)。主要研究包括无线通信和信号处理、5G/6G、物联网、机器学习、大规模MIMO、毫米波通信、无人机通信、物理层安全、无线协作网络、凸优化技术和携能传输等。
已在《IEEE Internet of Things Journal》、《IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications》、《IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security》、《IEEE Systems Journal》、《IEEE Wireless Communications Letters》、《IEEE Communications Letters》等国际期刊发表SCI/EI论文50余篇。论文发表后得到国内外同行的关注,被引用680次。申请16项国家发明专利,10项已授权。担任国际知名期刊《Journal of Communications and Networks》编辑。多次担任IOTJ、TWC、TC、TVT、WCL、TIFS、SJ、ICC、Globecom等权威期刊或会议的审稿人。
主持五项科研项目,其中:1项河南省高层次人才特殊支持“中原****”中原青年拔尖人才项目(50万)、1项国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目(26万)、1项中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目(5万)、1项河南省重点研发与推广专项(科技攻关)项目(10万),1项“博士后国际交流计划”学术交流项目(3万)。
曾获得河南省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖1次,2019年度河南省教育厅科技成果奖优秀科技论文奖一等奖,2019年度ACM中国郑州分会优博奖,2018年河南省优秀博士学位论文。参与纵向课题研究五项,包括国家863计划项目,国家自然科学基金项目等。
