教师简介
王彦明,博士,教授,博士生导师,河南大学“杰出人才特区支持计划”第二层次****。在国际知名的各类专业期刊杂志发表研究论文近 60 篇,其中包括世界范围影响广泛的Cell(影响因子:31.957)、Science(影响因子:31.027)、Nature(影响因子:38.597)等顶级期刊杂志,他引次数已超过15 000次(截至2018.05)。关于组蛋白磷酸化、甲基化调控染色质功能和结构的三项研究成果被编入世界生命科学研究人员广为使用的经典教材《基因》最新版(Gene,XII)。在生物化学,分子细胞生物学,表观遗传学,先天免疫学及恶性肿瘤的病理及治疗方面有近二十年的教学与科研工作。具备较强的突破重大技术、学术问题的持续创新能力和成果转化能力。在转化医学方面取得了显著成果,利用表观遗传学原理进行创新性药物研发,其所研究的肽酰基精氨酸脱亚胺酶4 抑制剂已获得了两项美国专利授权,一项中国专利授权,将进一步进入临床前实验研究,以实现其创新成果的社会价值和经济效益。其研究的靶向抗肿瘤药物成果具有自主知识产权,处于国际领先水平。
