个人简介：
袁培燕，男，2001年—至今，河南师范大学助教、讲师、副教授、校聘教授、硕士生导师，中国计算机学会(CCF)高级会员，IEEE与ACM会员。2011年5月—7月、2012年5月—12月在清华大学信息科学与技术国家实验室物联网技术中心访学，2014年3月在北京邮电大学获博士学位，2017年12月—2018年12月在美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校进行博士后研究，主持和参与多项国家级课题。近年来围绕移动群智计算与网络大数据领域内的关键问题，开展技术攻关与应用示范工作，在 IEEE TVT、ICDCS等国际著名期刊和会议上发表论文50余篇，出版学术专著1部，获IEEE CSE 2014最佳论文奖。
