杨癸，男，1980年12月生，河南安阳县人，理学博士，教授，河南大学硕士研究生导师。安阳师范学院优秀教师、优秀党员、河南省青年骨干教师。2003年6月，毕业于河南师范大学，获物理学学士学位；2008年6月，毕业于上海大学，获无线电物理博士学位。主要从事材料的热电性质、电子输运，发表学术论文20余篇，主持国家自然科学基金1项，省科技厅项目1项，教育厅项目2项。
