袁地，男，1981年11月生，河南省正阳县人，工学博士，副教授，河南省高等学校青年骨干教师。2004年6月毕业于河南师范大学物理与信息工程学院物理学专业，获理学学士学位，2007年3月毕业于华中科技大学物理学院理论物理专业，获理学硕士学位，2014年7月毕业于北京邮电大学理学院物理电子专业，获工学博士学位。主要从事复杂系统与网络的学习和研究工作，在Sci. Rep.、Phys. Rev. E、Commun. Nonlinear Sci. Numer. Simulat.、Chin. Phys. Lett.等期刊上发表学术论文20余篇，主持国家自然科学基金1项，河南省高等学校重点研究项目2项，河南省高等学校青年骨干教师人才项目1项。
