1989年至1993年在哈尔滨师范大学体育教育系学习，获教育学学士学位。

2000年至2003年在沈阳体育学院研究生学院体育教育训练学专业学习，获教育学硕士学位。

工作经历

1993年7月至2000年8月在哈尔滨市第81中学工作

2003年至今在哈尔滨师范大学体育科学学院工作

2010年晋升为副教授

2016黑龙江省普通高校体育教育专业学生基本功大赛中，指导的“体操”项目比赛荣获一等奖，个人荣获“优秀指导教师”称号。
