1999年至2003年在哈尔滨师范大学体育科学学院运动训练专业学习获学士学位。

2007年至2010年在哈尔滨师范大学研究生学院体育教育训练学专业学习，获得硕士学位。

工作经历：

 2003年担任哈尔滨师范大学体育科学学院教师。

2014年晋升为副教授。 

2017年任职水冰教研部部长。

国家体育总局在2013-2014年授予全国速度滑冰单项锦标赛获“体育道德风尚奖”


国家体育总局在2011-2012年授予全国速度滑冰比赛获“优秀裁判员”
