　　赖聪乾教授生于1960年，18岁前住(台湾)嘉义，之后6年，在(新竹)清华校园渡过充实而快乐的学习时光，获工业工程学士和硕士，服完两年预官（义务役）后，前往（美国加州）史坦福大学(Stanford University)工业工程系(现并入管理科学与工程系)攻读博士，转眼结束5年如梦幻般的校园生活，随即在台大工商管理系暨商学所任教迄2016年1月退休，期间(1998至99)在麻省理工学院运筹研究中心客座一年。于2016年3月起任职于哈尔滨工程大学经济管理学院。

博士生选题方向：
一、 公理性分配决策
分配决策必须同时考虑效率性、符合诱因性和公平性，由于公平很抽象且有很多特性，且由于数学是最精确的语言，透过公理来处理公平特性乃最具科学性，一个公理乃是一个公平、诱因或数学结构上的特性，做为采用某法则的正式理由。分配类型，相当多样，例如，粥少僧多下的资源分配、课税、成本分摊、合作机制、商议机制、交换经济体系分配规则、公理性投票理论…。公平特性，相当丰富，如对称性、单调性、连续性、等冲击性、零负担免收费性、同条件等待遇、合理上界与下界性、只会更好性、不羡慕性、子群重分配不变性…。资源分配一直是人类核心议题，本研究可持续地发展。欢迎喜欢分配学理和数学分析的同学加入。

二、以稳定性方法来处理不确定数据下生产装配线平衡
稳定性方法乃广义最优化方法，可弥补其它三方法(随机、模糊、稳健)的不足。稳定性方法特别适用于生产装配线平衡问题，中国拥有全球最多的生产装配厂，装配厂的类型很多，而且新装配线不断推陈出新，本研究可持续地发展。欢迎喜欢组合优化、生产系统优化的同学加入。
