王琮, 1982年生,工学博士,研究员, 硕士生导师,哈尔滨工业大学电信学院微波工程系。

王琮博士发挥半导体加工优势,以化合物半导体无源/有源器件、高介电常数陶瓷材料、大功率发光二极管封装、智能物联网传感器、基于无线通信技术的疾病诊疗关键问题为研究背景,确立了若干具有持续发展潜能的方向,在电子器件设计与建模、半导体器件加工以及无线射频技术在生物医学等前沿方向取得了一系列具有国际影响的成果。开创了以超小型射频器件为研究基础的射频生物传感器设计新方向,攻克了射频生物传感器不可重复利用等关键技术难点,加速了生物医学与射频技术、半导体加工领域的融合。在本学科国内外权威期刊上发表学术论文210余篇,其中在Biosensors and Bioelectronics等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文81篇(其中中科院1区TOP文章5篇),单篇论文最高影响因子7.780,已授权发明专利37项,曾经承担完成韩国国家、省部级科研项目10余项。双语(英/韩)主讲多门本科及研究生课程,协助指导硕士生4人、博士生8人。,
