迟永钢，男，汉族，1972年生。博士，副教授；哈尔滨工业大学电子与信息工程学院。

先后承担国家自然科学基金项目、863重点项目、973子项目以及省部级项目。 2011年获黑龙江省科技进步二等奖1项（第三名）。

基本情况
迟永钢副教授，1972年出生，九三学社社员，中国卫星导航定位协会（中定协）导航应用专业委员会委员，中国通信学会、黑龙江省电子学会、 IEEE通信协会会员。1995年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学电气工程及自动化学院，1997年获哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程学科硕士学位，2007年获哈尔滨工业大学通信与信息系统学科博士学位。现任哈尔滨工业大学电子与信息工程学院通信工程系副教授，通信工程系研究生实验室主任。

近年来一直从事扩展频谱通信理论、通信抗干扰理论、卫星导航定位理论及相关应用研究和教学工作。先后参与并完成多项国家自然科学基金面上及重点项目、863项目、973项目、黑龙江省自然科学基金面上项目以及多项校企合作项目。获2011年度省级科技进步二等奖1项，获2012年度哈尔滨工业大学首届研究生课程青年教师教学竞赛优秀奖。先后主讲《光纤通信》、《通信对抗技术》、《扩频通信》、《卫星定位导航原理与应用》本科生及研究生课程。共发表学术论文30余篇，获专利6项，培养硕士研究生8人。

Brief Biography
Prof. Chi Yonggang, was born in 1972, the member of Jiusan Society, Committee for Professional Navigation Applications in China Association of Satellite Navigation and Positioning, China Institute of Communications, Electronics Committee of Hei Longjiang, IEEE Communications Society. He received his ME and PH.D degree in Control Science and Engineering and in Information & Communication Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT) in 1995 and 1997 respectively. He worked for Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering HIT since 2002. Now He is an associate professor in School of Electronics & Information Engineering, and is the Director of Postgraduate Laboratory in the Department of Communication Engineering.

Prof. Chi’s research areas include spread-spectrum communication, communication countermeasures, satellite navigation and positioning and its applications. He has achieved several projects which belong to the General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, China's 863 Program, National Key Basic Research Program (973) sub-project, the General Program of Hei Longjiang Natural Science Foundation, and cooperation projects with civil institutes and enterprises. He has been awarded once Second Prize of provincial technology progress award in 2011 and awarded an excellent achievement prize in the first postgraduate basic teaching capability competition for young teachers of Harbin Institute of Technology in 2012. He has lectured on Fiber Optic Communications, Communication Countermeasures, Spread Spectrum Communications, Principles and Applications of Satellite Positioning and Navigation for undergraduates and postgraduates. He has published over 30 research papers, received 6 patents and cultivated 8 masters.
