耿延泉博士,男,汉族,1987年12月出生于黑龙江省佳木斯市。现任哈尔滨工业大学机电工程学院副教授、硕士生导师、哈尔滨工业大学青年拔尖人才。研究方向为基于原子力显微镜的微纳米加工、检测及应用。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、中国博士后特别资助1项、黑龙江省博士后特别资助1项在内的8项科研项目,并参与国家自然科学基金2项。发表SCI论文30余篇,H因子为10,荣获2016年教育部自然科学二等奖(排名5)、第十九届“哈尔滨工业大学优秀博士学位论文”。现为中国微纳米技术学会高级会员、美国真空学会会员、10余个国际SCI期刊审稿人。
