叶枫教授针对***飞行器国家重大科技工程、***国防重大专项等国家重大需求对先进结构/功能一体化陶瓷基复合材料的要求,系统开展多功能航天防热陶瓷基复合材料的基础与应用研究,在防隔热/承载/透波一体化陶瓷基复合材料理论与应用方面以及新型多功能陶瓷复合材料基础及应用研究方面取得了重要成果。

近年来承担了国防 863、国家自然科学基金重点、国防重大专项、总装预研等课题15余项;获省自然科学一等奖1项、二等奖3项;获国家授权发明专利20项;发表SCI论文100余篇;曾获德国洪堡基金、日本 JSPS基金、黑龙江省杰出青年基金资助,入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。

研究领域

透波/防隔热/承载一体化陶瓷基复合材料基础及应用研究 针对长距离高马赫飞行器对精确制导天线窗(罩)的应用需求,系统开展高性能耐高温透波/防隔热/承载一体化陶瓷材料的优化设计、材料及构件制备工艺、微结构及力/热/电综合性能的优化与控制、地面模拟与表征等方面基础与应用研究。

新型结构与功能陶瓷复合材料基础及应用研究 陶瓷材料具有耐高温、高强度、高硬度、良好的热和化学稳定性等优异性能,但其本征脆性限制其应用范围。本研究以航空航天领域相关关键部件对新型结构/功能一体化材料的应用需求为应用背景,系统开展陶瓷/陶瓷、陶瓷/树脂和陶瓷/金属等结构/功能一体化复合材料优化设计、合成工艺、微结构控制、强韧化机理及力/热/电综合性能的优化与控制、 服役环境下的性能考核与表征等方面基础与应用研究。
