基本信息
甄良,男,1966年生,工学博士,****特聘教授。现任哈尔滨工业大学校长助理、哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)常务副校长,兼任中国机械工程学会材料分会副理事长。2003年获中国机械工程学会热处理学会“周志宏奖”。2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,同年获黑龙江省杰出青年基金资助,2012年获聘教育部****特聘教授。

先后完成国防973、863、国家自然科学基金(重点及面上)、总装备部预研项目等省部级项目十余项,总经费1900余万元,2012年获黑龙江省自然科学一等奖(排名第1)。在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、ACS Nano、Acta Mater.等在内的国际学术刊物上发表论文350余篇,其中SCI收录259篇,SCI引用4700余次,H因子为39。申请国家发明专利23项,已授权19项。已培养博士30名,其中2人获全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖,1人获中国材料研究学会(C-MRS)首届优秀博士论文奖。

β-LixV2O5 nano-cathodes are firstly prepared through a facile two-step method, i.e., hydrothermally induced Li-doping into V2O5 and annealing-induced phase conversion. The nanorods exhibit excellent structural reversibility with high Li+ insertion capacity (388.4 mA h g-1 at C/20, more than 2 Li/V2O5 for 50 cycles), which are ascribed to their rigid tunnel-like three-dimensional host lattice and nanoscale properties.

We report the interlayer screening effects of ultrathin MoS2 nanoflakes with different thicknesses by
measuring their surface potential using Kelvin probe microscope. Surface potential of pristine MoS2
nanoflakes decreased with increasing thickness, while after annealing, the trend was opposite and the
screening length became smaller. These results were qualitatively explained by a charge transfer
model with the built-in electric field induced by trapped charges. The transport mechanism of MoS2
nanoflakes with different thicknesses was also studied by using conductive atomic force microscopy,
and the thermonic emission and Fowler-Nordheim tunneling were effective in the forward bias and
reverse bias, respectively.

哈尔滨工业大学材料学院分析测试中心退休教师崔约贤研究员因病医治无效,于2015年6月12日上午8点55分不幸逝世,享年73岁。

崔约贤,男,山东省掖县人,1943年10月生于哈尔滨。1968年7月毕业于东北重型机械学院机械系金相专业,同年分配到哈尔滨工程机械厂任技术员;1977年9月到哈尔滨模具厂任技术员;1979年3月到哈尔滨工业大学金属材料及热处理教研室任教;1984年7月起参与哈尔滨工业大学分析测试中心的筹建工作,并调入分析测试中心任电镜室主任,历任工程师、高级工程师、研究员;1992年至2003年任黑龙江省电镜学会理事长。2003年退休。

崔约贤研究员长期从事材料微观组织结构表征以及失效分析的研究工作,先后参与航天工业总公司预研课题等项目,在国内外期刊发表论文60余篇,获航天工业总公司科技进步一等奖1项。编写《金属断口分析》、《电子显微术在热处理质量检验中的应用》、《工程材料》等多部著作。

崔约贤老师几十年工作如一日,爱岗敬业,勤勤恳恳,任劳任怨;他严以律己,宽以待人,关心集体,乐于助人,为我校材料学科的发展和学生培养贡献了毕生精力,深受师生的尊敬和爱戴。崔老师的去世使我们失去了一位好同志、好师长,我们表示最沉痛的哀悼。

崔约贤同志安息吧!

崔约贤研究员的遗体告别仪式定于2015年6月14日(周日)上午8:00在东华苑德政厅举行。请参加崔约贤研究员遗体告别仪式的亲朋好友于当日早晨6:50在哈尔滨工业大学电机楼前集合乘车前往。

课题组因项目需要,拟招聘金属材料方向博士后1~2名,从事金属材料热处理及机加工过程中残余应力演化行为研究。岗位要求及待遇如下:
一、岗位要求
1. 在国内外高水平大学或研究机构已取得材料学及相关专业的博士学位(包括应届博士生),符合哈尔滨工业大学博士后招收基本条件;
2. 热爱科研、工作勤奋,具有较强的团队合作精神;
3. 熟练掌握有限元分析软件(ABAQUS/ANSYS)。
二、待遇
1. 校本部博士后(常规博士后年薪10万,师资博士后16万,http://rsc.hit.edu.cn/),深圳校区博士后(年薪17万以上,http://www.hitsz.edu.cn/job/view/1.html);申请人可根据个人意愿选择在哈尔滨或深圳入站;
