鲍跃全,浙江金华,1981年生,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,教育部青年****。

2009年4月于哈尔滨工业大学获得博士学位;曾获国家留学基金委的资助,在美国加州理工学院土木与力学系交流访问两年;在香港理工大学土木与结构工程系合作研究一年;目前从事结构健康监测的研究。主持国家自然科学基金3项、973项目子课题1项、国家科技支撑计划子课题1项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助1项、交通部长大桥梁健康检测与诊断技术行业重点实验室开放基金课题1项、中铁总公司科技研究开发计划重大课题子课题1项。研究成果获黑龙江省自然科学一等奖1项(排名第3),累计发表论文60余篇、其中SCI论文31篇(包括JCR一区论文23篇)、邀请报告论文2篇,出版专著《结构健康监测数据科学与工程》(第2作者),获专利4项、软件著作权2项。作为主要撰写人参编交通部首部《公路桥梁结构安全监测系统技术规程》(JT/T 1037-2016)。作为发起人之一成立了中国振动工程学会结构抗振控制与健康监测青年委员会并任副主任委员兼秘书长,任中国建筑学会数字建造学术委员会第一届理事会理事,任国际期刊Journal of Smart Cities编委、担任Structural Health Monitoring等10多个国际期刊审稿人,多次担任本领域重要国际国内学术会议组织委员会委员和分会场主席等。

结构健康监测主要研究方向:

(1)大跨桥梁、高层、高速铁路、能源基础设施的结构健康监测与损伤诊断;

(2)结构健康监测压缩感知理论、智能无线传感与分布式可移动无线传感技术;

(3)基于稀疏约束优化理论的结构健康监测数据分析、挖掘与建模;

(4)结构健康监测数据挖掘分析的人工智能算法。
