李爽,1981年生,博士,哈尔滨工业大学土木工程学院副教授、博士生导师。主要从事建筑结构倒塌机制与设防、强地震动特征与设防方面的研究与应用。发表论文90余篇,其中SCI论文35篇,EI论文25篇。获得国家科技进步一等奖1项(排名10/15)。
