讲授课程
环境生态学:是环境科学与工程专业本科生的三大技术基础课程之一,双语授课,2004年列入哈尔滨工业大学优秀课程建设项目,使用原版英文教材《Ecology:Concepts and Applications》。课程的核心内容包括两部分,生态学基本原理和方法(生态因子、种群生态学、群落生态学、生态系统等)和环境生态学基本任务及应用(生态监测、环境污染的生态对策、生态修复等)。目前,生态学超越了一门课程的范畴,发展为一种思想,甚至从微观到宏观渗透到不同学科领域中,并派生出很多新兴领域,如经济生态学、工业生态学、生态工程学等。因此,对于环境专业本科生而言,学习环境生态学课程,不仅仅是掌握教材涉及的核心内容,更重要的是能够建立起生态学的意识和概念,运用生态学原理方法认识人为干扰下环境生态系统的内在变化规律、判断生态系统的受损程度、提倡环境系统功能恢复、重建和保护的对策等。

分子生物学与生物信息学:是环境科学与工程学科博士研究生的选修课,其核心是遗传学基础和基因组信息学,是一门系统阐述环境生物基因组信息获取、处理、存储、分配等内容的课程,目的是使学生了解基因组信息结构的复杂性及遗传语言的根本规律,解释环境生物的遗传语言,为研究环境基因组学、功能基因组学、蛋白质组学、系统生物学等奠定理论基础。课程还结合环境生物学研究实例,介绍生物信息学在生命科学前沿研究中的重要地位。授课教师:王爱杰、岳秀丽

系统生物学:是环境科学与工程学科和微生物学研究生的专业必修课。课程重点介绍如何在系统水平上认识和解析生物学系统,利用何种原理和方法学来阐释分子行为与系统特性及功能的关系,通过何种计算生物学方法来定量阐明和预测生物的功能、表型及行为,从而揭示系统内部各组成成分的相互作用与运行规律,并反映出生物系统的真实性。课程讲授的核心内容是基因组学、转录组学学、代谢物组学、蛋白质组学、相互作用组学、表型组学、生物信息学等。授课教师:邢德峰、王爱杰

现代环境生物技术:是环境科学与工程学科博士研究生的专业必修课,采取专题讲座形式以双语授课。课程结合环境污染防治中的热点问题,重点介绍生物技术原理与方法,环境污染的监测与诊断,环境污染的过程与效应,污染防治的技术及调控等,目的是使学生全面了解生物技术在环境污染防治中的重要性,学会针对污染及污染物的特点进行方法选择、生物工艺设计、生物过程分析等,为从事环境污染防治的相关研究奠定专业基础。
