Dr. Wenli Chen, Professor, School of Civil Engineering in Harbin Institute of Technology.
Dr. Chen dedicates his research in the fields of bridge wind engineering and flow control of wind induced vibration. He takes charge of three research funds from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation as principal investigator, and also participate the researches of several national research projects. He has published about 50 papers, including twenty of which were published on international journals.
