常军涛,男,汉族,1981年生。教授职称,博士生导师。目前在哈尔滨工业大学基础与交叉科学研究院 高超声速技术研究中心工作。
2007年11月哈工大博士毕业,2008年1月开始在哈工大控制科学与工程从事博士后研究工作,2008年3月在哈尔滨工业大学留校任教,2010年12月破格评为副教授,2011年12月博士后出站,2013年4月评为博士生导师, 2016年1月入选哈尔滨工业大学“青年拔尖教授”计划。
近几年先后主持中国博士后基金面上项目、中国博士后基金特别资助项目、国家自然科学青年基金项目、国家自然科学面上基金项目、航天科工集团横向课题、总装备部重大专项项目等10余项。在高超声速进气道不起动机理、状态监测、控制等方面共计发表论文80余篇,其中SCI检索60余篇。申报中国发明专利及国防发明专利20项,其中已授权15项。
