范晓鹏,男,汉族,1978年生。哈尔滨工业大学计算机学院教授、博士生导师,智能接口与人机交互研究中心副主任。2009年于香港科技大学电子与电机工程系获博士学位;2010年入选哈尔滨工业大学“百人计划”引进人才;2011年入选新世纪优秀人才支持计划,以及微软亚洲研究院“铸星计划”; 2013年获得IEEE颁发标准杰出贡献证书。2014年入选哈工大拔尖人才支持计划。主要研究兴趣包括多媒体音视频技术、智能人机交互技术、以及无线通信技术,发表论文80余篇,包括顶级期刊IEEE T-CSVT、IEEE T-IP、IEEE T-COM、IEEE SPM,以及顶级会议DCC长文等。获得发明专利11项,自适应系数扫描技术被国际标准HEVC/H.265采用,8项技术被IEEE1857(AVS)标准采纳,主持开发了AVS第一个3D视频编码平台。

Dr. Xiaopeng Fan is currently a professor in Harbin Institute of Technology. He received his PhD degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2009. His research interests include video signal processing, wireless communication and pattern recognition. He has authored or co-authored more than 70 journal or conference papers till now.
