冯树民，男，1973年10月生，哈工大交通学院博士、教授、博士生导师，研究方向为交通运输规划与管理。从事交通工程领域研究多年，积累了丰富的科研工作经验。近五年来主持国家863计划2项，西部项目1项，黑龙江省交通厅项目1项、科技厅项目1项，同时主持各类交通规划、交通影响评价、交通设计等横向课题数十项；出版教材1部，发表论文20余篇。

交通系统工程 简介:交通系统工程是交通系统研究的方法论，它把系统工程的理论和方法推广应用到交通系统。吸收了近年来的教学和科研成果，重点探讨解决实际交通问题的思路和方法。按照交通系统研究过程及思路的整体性，分九章，包括交通系统工程、交通系统分析、交通系统模型、交通系统预测、交通系统优化、交通网络技术、交通排队理论、交通系统评价和交通系统决策，覆盖了交通系统中系统工程的应用范围。城市公共交通 简介:城市公共交通是城市交通不可缺少的部分，是保证城市生产、生活正常运转的动脉，它对城市各产业的发展、经济与文化事业的繁荣等起着重要的纽带和促进作用。跨越了城市公共交通系统的规划、设计与管理三个层次，对常规地面公共交通、城市轨道交通、快速公交系统、出租车交通等多种公共交通方式进行了详细介绍，同时对公交系统的协调与客运枢纽、公交系统发展战略进行了研究。
