研究领域
研究兴趣(Research Interests):表界面化学—结构—表征—性质(Surface physics, Surface and interfacial chemistry, structure-characterization-properties)。主要研究方向:无机氧化物和陶瓷材料的表面微观结构与表面化学性质的关系,表面和界面力研究,纳米材料制备、表征、处理和应用,等离子表面处理,抛光机理,LED衬底。代表性体系:Al2O3、TiO2、SiC、金刚石、石墨烯(Graphene)、尺寸形状可控的金属Ag等纳米材料(Nanomaterials)。主要研究手段(Tools):原子力显微镜(AFM),胶体探针技术(CPT),扫描隧道显微镜(STM),表面化学表征设备如接触角测量仪(CA)和XPS,SERS,溶液合成方法(Solution Chemsitry)。课题组能直接使用的仪器设备:AFM,STM,SEM,XRD,CA,TPD,GC-MS,1600度真空管式路,Parr超临界反应釜(500度)。

In this major work, we evaluated dozens of literature methods and chemical reagents plus UV/plasma treatments for cleaning sapphire (single-crystal a-Al2O3 or corundum) substrates using comprehensive surface analysis techniques, and found that these methods did not perform well in terms of removing both organic and particulate contaminants. 研究领域
研究兴趣(Research Interests):表界面化学—结构—表征—性质(Surface physics, Surface and interfacial chemistry, structure-characterization-properties)。主要研究方向:无机氧化物和陶瓷材料的表面微观结构与表面化学性质的关系,表面和界面力研究,纳米材料制备、表征、处理和应用,等离子表面处理,抛光机理,LED衬底。代表性体系:Al2O3、TiO2、SiC、金刚石、石墨烯(Graphene)、尺寸形状可控的金属Ag等纳米材料(Nanomaterials)。主要研究手段(Tools):原子力显微镜(AFM),胶体探针技术(CPT),扫描隧道显微镜(STM),表面化学表征设备如接触角测量仪(CA)和XPS,SERS,溶液合成方法(Solution Chemsitry)。课题组能直接使用的仪器设备:AFM,STM,SEM,XRD,CA,TPD,GC-MS,1600度真空管式路,Parr超临界反应釜(500度)。

In this major work, we evaluated dozens of literature methods and chemical reagents plus UV/plasma treatments for cleaning sapphire (single-crystal a-Al2O3 or corundum) substrates using comprehensive surface analysis techniques, and found that these methods did not perform well in terms of removing both organic and particulate contaminants. 研究领域
研究兴趣(Research Interests):表界面化学—结构—表征—性质(Surface physics, Surface and interfacial chemistry, structure-characterization-properties)。主要研究方向:无机氧化物和陶瓷材料的表面微观结构与表面化学性质的关系,表面和界面力研究,纳米材料制备、表征、处理和应用,等离子表面处理,抛光机理,LED衬底。代表性体系:Al2O3、TiO2、SiC、金刚石、石墨烯(Graphene)、尺寸形状可控的金属Ag等纳米材料(Nanomaterials)。主要研究手段(Tools):原子力显微镜(AFM),胶体探针技术(CPT),扫描隧道显微镜(STM),表面化学表征设备如接触角测量仪(CA)和XPS,SERS,溶液合成方法(Solution Chemsitry)。课题组能直接使用的仪器设备:AFM,STM,SEM,XRD,CA,TPD,GC-MS,1600度真空管式路,Parr超临界反应釜(500度)。

In this major work, we evaluated dozens of literature methods and chemical reagents plus UV/plasma treatments for cleaning sapphire (single-crystal a-Al2O3 or corundum) substrates using comprehensive surface analysis techniques, and found that these methods did not perform well in terms of removing both organic and particulate contaminants. 研究兴趣(Research Interests):表界面化学—结构—表征—性质(Surface physics, Surface and interfacial chemistry, structure-characterization-properties)。主要研究方向:无机氧化物和陶瓷材料的表面微观结构与表面化学性质的关系,表面和界面力研究,纳米材料制备、表征、处理和应用,等离子表面处理,抛光机理,LED衬底。代表性体系:Al2O3、TiO2、SiC、金刚石、石墨烯(Graphene)、尺寸形状可控的金属Ag等纳米材料(Nanomaterials)。主要研究手段(Tools):原子力显微镜(AFM),胶体探针技术(CPT),扫描隧道显微镜(STM),表面化学表征设备如接触角测量仪(CA)和XPS,SERS,溶液合成方法(Solution Chemsitry)。课题组能直接使用的仪器设备:AFM,STM,SEM,XRD,CA,TPD,GC-MS,1600度真空管式路,Parr超临界反应釜(500度)。

In this major work, we evaluated dozens of literature methods and chemical reagents plus UV/plasma treatments for cleaning sapphire (single-crystal a-Al2O3 or corundum) substrates using comprehensive surface analysis techniques, and found that these methods did not perform well in terms of removing both organic and particulate contaminants.
