张亚平，男，1966年9月生，博士、教授、博士生导师。现任哈尔滨工业大学交通工程系主任，兼任黑龙江省城市“畅通工程”专家组成 员，黑龙江省火灾事故调查专家委员会委员，美国电子电器工程师学会智能交通运输系统分会IEEE ITSO会员，国际华人交通运输协会ICTPA会员，河南城建学院兼职教授。主要从事道路交通规划与设计、交通流理 论、交通安全、交通仿真、物流工程、公路CAD与3 S技术等领域的研究工作。主持或参与承担国家“973”计划项目子项、国家“863”计划项目、国家科技支撑项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士点基金项目、交通部西部交通项目、黑龙江省自然科学基金项目及其他省、部委和地市级科研项目30余项，省部级教研教改项目3 项，获国家科技进步二等奖1项，广东省科技进步三等奖1项，大庆市科技进步二等奖1项，黑龙江省高等教育学会优秀高等教育科学研究成果二等奖和三等奖各1 项，哈尔滨工业大学优秀教学成果二等奖1项。出版专著2部，主编教材2部，发表论文100余篇，其中SCI、EI检索30余篇，获国家发明专利1项，软件著作权1项。
