研究方向
主要从事致病菌的污染调查与快速检测技术建立。
1. 致病菌污染调查。采用国标方法对食品中大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的污染情况进行调查，并对毒素基因的存在情况、生物膜形成能力及耐药性进行分析，为食品安全状况提供相应的数据支持；
2. 致病菌快速检测。采用重组聚合酶恒温扩增与胶体金试纸条相结合的方法建立快速检测沙门氏菌等致病菌的方法，以求缩短检测周期、提高检测的灵敏度。
3. 核壳型纳米粒子的制备及应用。制备AuMBA@Ag核壳型纳米粒子，将其作为检测标记物，结合表面增强拉曼技术，建立致病微生物的超灵敏、快速检测技术。
