白斌，河北张家口人，博士毕业于北京航空航天大学，航空宇航推进理论与工程（机械工程）专业，博士后北京工业大学力学流动站。迄今为止，已在AST，IJAE，JAE， Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers Part C 等国际知名学术期刊发表SCI论文30余篇。American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)；Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA)等学会会员。主持一项博士后基金项目：流-固耦合作用下整体叶盘结构振动特性的不确定分析方法研究，已结题；一项国家自然科学基金项目：复杂机械动力特性建模和预测控制方法研究，在研；科技部重点研发项目：工业机器人可靠性增长技术，子课题一：基于认知不确定的工业机器人可靠性指标预测与分配技术研究的技术负责人。教学方面：主讲《机械设计基础》、《机械设计基础课程设计》、《机械原理》、《机械设计》等课程。
