个人简介
袁必和,男,1988年9月生,安徽省合肥市庐江县人,2016年毕业于中国科学技术大学安全科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位;同年获香港城市大学建筑学及土木工程博士学位(双博士学位)。现任武汉理工大学安全科学与应急管理学院,副教授,硕士生导师。
