研究领域
1. 核酸表观遗传修饰(Epigenetic Modifications)
核酸表观遗传修饰不仅在基因调控等方面有重要作用,而且在癌症等许多疾病的发生中也扮演着重要角色。本课题组通过建立质谱分析等研究方法,对核酸表观遗传修饰的生理功能进行研究。

2. 代谢组学(Metabolomics)
发展基于质谱技术的代谢组学研究方法,结合相应的生物学手段,探索代谢物在疾病发生、发展过程中的生理功能。

3. 核酸损伤和修复(Nucleic acid damage and repair)
发展核酸损伤的检测手段,探索核酸损伤的定位、复制、转录、修复机制。

1. 核酸表观遗传修饰(Epigenetic Modifications)
