详细描述廖蕾,男,1981年10月出生,武汉大学物理学院教授,博士生导师。博士期间,从事一维过渡族金属氧化物纳米线和碳纳米管等材料物性研究和器件研制方面的研究,研制单根纳米线场效应晶体管、铁电储存器和气体传感器。博士后期间主要从事石墨烯高速晶体管的研发。加入武汉大学以后,主要开展高迁移率柔性薄膜晶体管,高速射频器件,高性能纳电子器件的研究。
