研究领域和方向
本实验室的主要研究领域为植物雄性减数分裂。雄性减数分裂是配子形成的关键过程,对于植物的育性、基因组的稳定性和遗传多样至关重要。本实验室以拟南芥为研究材料,通过分子生物学、遗传学与细胞生物学等手段,探究:1. 植物雄性减数分裂过程中细胞周期转换、同源重组以及染色体分离的遗传调控机制;2. 植物减数分裂感受和/或响应环境温度变化的分子机制;3. 赤霉素介导的绒毡层发育调控雄性减数分裂的分子机制等生物学问题。
