研究领域和方向
研究聚焦于酶稳定性的提高技术,蛋白质结构的基因定向修改等。领域为极端微生物和耐极端条件酶,酶的热稳定性机理分析,蛋白质的提纯和鉴定,稀少糖研究,酶的优化生产,酶动力学,农业废弃物的微生物高温降解技术等。

1988-1993, 天津轻工业学院食品工程系食品专业研究生毕业,获硕士学位;
