博士,研究员,博士生导师。1961年出生,江苏盐城市建湖县人。1982年毕业于南京大学,获学士学位;1988年毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获博士学位。长期从事藻类生物学研究。中国海洋湖沼学会藻类学分会理事长(2011-2015),美国藻类学会终身会员。国际刊物《Ecological Informatics》、《Algae》、《Journal of Environmental Sciences》和中文刊物《湖泊科学》、《水生生物学》编委。

现任中国科学院淡水藻种库主任,中国科学院藻类生物学重点实验室副主任。主持科技部、基金委和科学院等部门多项课题。国家重点基础研究项目(973计划)“大中型浅水湖泊蓝藻水华暴发机制研究”(2008-2012)首席科学家、国家高技术研究发展技术(863计划)“微藻生物固碳关键技术与产品开发”(2014-2016)首席技术专家。

学术影响

数次应邀在国内外学术会议上作特邀或主旨报告。特邀报告:第七届国际浅水湖泊大会(2011年,无锡)、第十六届国际河流和湖泊环境会议(2014年,韩国);主旨报告:国际水库管理研讨会(2011年,西班牙)、第九届国际产毒蓝藻大会(2013年,南非)。
