主要研究方向
本实验室的研究方向为草莓发育分子生物学。二倍体草莓具有植株矮小、生长周期短、基因组小和易转化等优点,是栽培草莓和蔷薇科果树的理想模式材料。本实验室主要通过化学诱变获得二倍体森林草莓的突变群体,结合生物信息学、分子生物学、发育生物学、生物化学等多种实验手段挖掘和解析草莓株型、花器官和果实发育的关键调控基因,用于草莓遗传改良和育种。
