冯光,男,1980年9月生。华中科技大学教授、博导,英国皇家化学学会会士。2002、2005年分别获华中科技大学学士、硕士学位,2010年获美国Clemson大学博士学位,2010年11月至2013年9月在美国Vanderbilt大学和美国FIRST能源前沿研究中心从事博士后研究,2013年10月至2013 年12月在Vanderbilt大学任研究助理教授,2013年11月加入华中科技大学能源与动力工程学院煤燃烧国家重点实验室。近些年来,一直从事与微纳尺度界面和输运相关的基础问题研究,在有关新能源的新型电能储能装置和二氧化碳驱油等应用领域取得了一些成果,特别是在离子液体超级电容器方面做出了一些突出成绩。研究工作具有能源、化学、物理和材料等方向综合交叉的学科特点,已发表SCI期刊论文81篇(其中第一/通讯作者50篇,如Nature Materials、Nature Communications、Physical Reviewer X、Advanced Energy Materials、ACS Nano、Nano Energy、Nano Letters等),被Nature Materials等SCI期刊引用过2600次,H因子29(Scopus统计);受邀在国际大会上作报告14次、担任分会主席5次。2010年克莱姆森大学机械工程学院杰出博士生,2014年被提名成为美国科学研究学会Sigma Xi会员,2015年获华中科技大学“学术新人奖”和“华中****”,2016年获华中科技大学“十佳青年教工”;2018年起,任《ChemElectroChem》编委会委员和《Green Energy & Environment》青年编委。
