罗小兵，二级教授，博士导师，国家****基金获得者，IEEE Fellow，能源与动力工程学院院长，中欧能源学院中方院长，国家级精品资源共享课程《工程传热学》负责人和主讲教授。先后获得2016 IEEE CPMT Exceptional Technical Achievement Award（IEEE封装协会杰出技术成就奖） ，2016年国家技术发明二等奖，2015湖北省自然科学一等奖，2015教育部技术发明一等奖。第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI检索文章96篇，其中期刊最高影响因子17.38。第一发明人授权美国专利3项，中国发明专利29项，出版英文专著和章节4个，出版中文专著1部，境外国际会议特邀报告12次。受邀任IEEE Transactions on Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology杂志Associate Editor，ASME Journal of Electronics Packaging杂志Associate Editor, 2018年美国旧金山ASME InterPACK 会议General Chair. 研制成功国际领先的微型水力悬浮泵并实现小量销售。
