二维纳米材料/聚合物柔性功能材料与器件的新技术新功能研究。
教学及学生培养:
担任15级本科班教师班主任,获评2015“光学与电子信息学院我最喜爱的教师班主任”。担任启明学院导师,指导启明学院特优生一名;担任两名光电卓越班学生的学业导师;指导大学生创新计划研究项目一项。课程:电子器件基础(本科生);二维原子晶体及应用(研究生)。
科研成果及奖励:
作为第一作者或通讯作者在Nature出版集团旗下期刊Scientific Reports(2篇)、Applied Physics Letters(4篇)等SCI刊物上发表学术论文10篇,累计发表SCI学术论文28篇,被SCI引用200余次,H指数9。申请发明专利5项,其中已授权3项。获得 “教育部博士研究生学术新人奖”、“优秀博士论文创新基金重点支持项目”、“研究生国家奖学金”、“Lam Research——华中科技大学优秀论文奖一等奖”等荣誉和奖励。现主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目1项,华中科技大学自主创新基金青年人才培育计划项目1项。

Academic Area:
Flexible functional materials based on two-dimensional nano-materials/polymer films, and related new fabrication methods and novel devices/applications.
Education and Student Training:
As the teacher of undergraduates class, he has been selected as "2015 My favorite teacher class of School of Optical and Electronic Information". As the teacher of Qiming College of HUST, he guide one excellent student. He is the academic tutor of two students from Opto-electronics excellence class. He guide one project of Students Innovation Program. Courses taught: Basement of Electronics Devices (Undergraduates); Two-Dimensional Atomic Crystals and Applications (Master Students).
Research and incentives:
As the first author or corresponding author, he published 10 SCI papers, including 2 articles on Scientific Reports (Nature Publishing Group), and 4 articles on Applied Physics Letters. In total, he published 28 SCI papers, and has been SCI cited more than 200 times, H index 9. He has applied 5 invention patents, among which 3 have been authorized. He won the honors and awards such as "The doctoral student academic Newcomer Award of Ministry of Education", "Outstanding doctoral thesis Innovation Fund - the key supporting projects", "National Graduate Scholarship", "Lam Research - HUST Outstanding paper Award - the first prize". He hosted by 1 Project of the Youth Science Fund of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 1 Project of Innovation Fund for Young Talent Cultivation Program of HUST.
