个人基本情况:
1989年10月出生,安徽六安人。华中科技大学博士/博士后,电气和电子工程师协会(IEEE)会员。近年来主要从事微电子封装集成与微纳制造技术研究,包括航空电子器件、光电器件、MEMS器件等封装制造。迄今已发表学术论文60余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在ACS Photonics, IEEE Electron Device Lett., IEEE Trans. Electron Devices, J. Eur. Ceram. Soc., J. Alloy. Compd., Mater. Design等国际一流期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,含ESI高被引论文2篇、封面论文2篇以及综述1篇,谷歌学术引用500多次,H指数13,i10指数21;担任多个国际知名学术期刊和国际会议审稿人,多次受邀参加国内外学术会议;申请国家发明专利10余项,授权2项;主持和参与多项国家级、省部级科研项目。
