先进能源材料课题组现有教授1人,副教授2人。课题组负责人杨君友教授现任材料科学与工程学院副院长,是教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”入选者、湖北省“楚天****”****、华中科技大学“华中****”****、SCI期刊《Advances in Applied Ceramics》编委。姜庆辉副教授为欧盟玛丽居里****。
一、研究方向
1)半导体热电材料及器件;2)太阳能电池及材料;3)电池热管理及相关材料;4)先进功能陶瓷;5)测试技术与仪器开发等领域。
二、研究条件
研究室拥有一流的研究硬件设施和科研条件,近年来主持和参与完成了国家自然基金重点项目1项,国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目及其他省部级课题20余项,科研经费充足,学术氛围活跃。课题组近年来发表相关SCI科研论文150篇,他引次数1600余次,获得国家发明授权专利7项。
三、学生培养及发展
课题组重视学生的学术及科研能力的培养,派出多名学生出国短期交流和参加国际学术会议,并招收国际留学生。与日本国立材料研究所、英国伦敦大学玛丽皇后学院、清华大学等国内外知名高校有学术交流与合作,并与部分学校签有合作交流备忘录。
课题组培养学生业绩突出。近3年来课题组研究生在Adv Energy Mater、Nano Energy等影响因子10以上顶级期刊发表论文6篇, J Mater Chem A等T2类期刊(影响因子6~10)11篇,ESI高被引论文1篇。迄今为止课题组已培养博士、硕士研究生40余人;其中,全国百篇优秀博士提名获得者1人,省优秀博士论文2人,校优秀博士论文3人,省优秀硕士论文1人,校优秀毕业(博士)研究生2人;另有3人获校优秀博士论文基金资助,3人获校研究生创新基金资助。课题组毕业学生有多人在国外著名大学如英国曼彻斯特大学、德国亚琛工业大学、美国马里兰大学、新加坡南洋理工大学、澳大利亚墨尔本大学等就职和深造,大多进入大学、科研院所或国内外知名企业如英国Rolls-Royce、华为公司、上海电气集团等工作。

研究领域
主要从事半导体热电材料与器件、太阳能电池、电池热管理系统以及半导体测试技术及装备的开发相关的研究工作。已在Advanced Energy Materials、Journal of the American Chemical Society、ACS Nano、Nano Energy、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Acta Materialia等国际一流学术期刊上以第一作者和通讯作者身份发表相关论文150余篇,获国家发明专利授权7项,合作申请日本专利3项。指导博士生曾获“全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖”一项,“湖北省优秀博士论文奖”两项。主持完成了二十多项国家和省部级科研课题的研究工作。曾应邀为Adv. Mater.、Adv. Energy Mater.、JACS、Nano Energy等重要学术期刊的审稿人,研发了Namicro系列半导体热电参数测试系统。近五年来部分研究论文如下:
