尚先梅：女，博士，副教授。2000年7月至今任教于华中科技大学同济医学院药学院。其间，曾于2009年4月至2010年8月在葡萄牙里斯本技术大学从事博士后研究。
讲授科目：基础有机化学；高等有机化学。
主要研究方向：有机金属药物的设计与合成。

1、2005年获华中科技大学研究生（博士）优秀论文奖和科技创新奖。
2、2007年4月被评为华中科技大学“优秀青年教工”。
3、2009年2月，《芳香异羟肟酸有机锡抗癌化合物的构效关系、作用机制及药代动力学》获山西省自然科学二等奖（排名第三）。
4、2012年11月，获华中科技大学教学质量优秀奖二等奖。
