刘慧清，女，1968年9月出生。
2004年7月毕业于中科院数学与系统科学研究院，获理学博士学位。
2004年7月至2005年8月在南开大学数学科学学院工作。
2005年9月调入湖北大学工作。现为湖北大学数学与统计学学院数学系教授，硕/博士生导师。主要从事运筹学、图论及其应用等方面的研究。
2016年3月至2017年3月在美国佐治亚州立大学访问。
