彭丽萍，女，博士，教授，硕士生导师。2014年从华中科技大学无线电物理专业获得博士学位。2017年入选黄冈师范学院“明珠****”第二层次计划，武汉工程大学硕士生导师。主要从事半导体材料与器件的研究工作，在钙钛矿太阳能电池，新型能源材料的光、电、热性能的研究方面做出了工作。先后主持湖北省自然科学基金项目1项、中央支持地方高校建设项目1项、湖北省教育厅重点科研项目1项、湖北省教育厅中青年科研项目2项、黄冈师范学院培育项目1项；作为技术骨干参与国家自然科学基金项目2项（排名第二，排名第三）。截止2020年6月，在国内外著名学术刊物上发表论文十几篇，2014年和2019年分获黄冈市优秀论文奖，2015年获得黄冈师范学院青年教师讲课比赛一等奖。
