梁和成，男，中共党员，副教授，博士。近期研究方向：岩土工程、城市地质环境评价理论与方法、水岩化学作用与地质灾害防治研究。

个人简历：

2011.1-2012.1，在国际自然基金委员会资助下赴美国德克萨斯大学阿灵顿分校做访问学者；

2006.9－2010.6，在中国地质大学（武汉）环境学院获环境工程专业博士学位；

2001.9－2004.6，在中国地质大学（武汉）环境学院获环境工程专业硕士学位；

1997.7－2001.8，在中南勘察设计院工作，从事岩土工程勘察、设计、施工、监理、监测、检测工作；

1993.9—1997.6，在武汉工业大学资源与环境工程学院本科学习，获采矿工程学士学位；

2005.2，中科院水生所，参加微囊藻毒素的监测技术与方法培训；

2005.8，武汉大学，参加2005年全国环境科学研究生暑期学校培训；

2007.4，中国地质大学，参加中国地质调查局城市地质环境调查评价培训班。

主要研究方向：

主要从事水文地质工程地质，城市地质环境，水岩化学相互作用及环境工程效应等领域的研究。

近年来，作为项目负责人承担2项自然科学基金项目（国家青年自然科学基金和湖北省自然科学基金）和1项中国地质大学优秀青年教师资助基金项目，以及作为项目负责人先后主持完成了中国地质调查局地质专项综合研究项目5项，以及湖北省黄石市城市建设用地地质环境质量评价、地下水抗污性能评价及其不同功能建设用地地质环境评价项目3项；并在研中国地质调查局地质调查研究项目2项；另外作为主要骨干参与同位素水文地质及水文地球化学等相关的国家自然基金3项。
