环境微生物功能酶降解机理与新型农残检测技术研究
主要研究领域:
1.基因工程和应用酶学研究。主要从事细胞色素P450的分子生物学研究,包括真菌反硝化相关的P450nor作用机理和农药靶标酶CYP51的作用机理研究。
2.环境微生物研究。在环境治理方面,着重开展了微生物脱氮(反硝化)、有机磷农药降解机理的研究工作。
